Through the use of a proven Strategic Operating process, (fondly known as StratOp), we guide leaders and their teams to holistically plan for their future. Using over 25 customized tools, we come alongside organizations to engage perspective and plan the strategic, operational and financial aspects of the business. Over a three day process, the organization gains clarity and perspective to create a workable plan that aligns the entire team with the ability to track progress and momentum forward, as well as renew and refine the plan as the marketplace changes.
INDIVIDUAL ALIGNMENT
In order to ensure individual contributor alignment, we facilitate key employees through the LifePlan process - a two day intensive guided by a trained facilitator that culminates in a customized strategic operating plan for individuals. The LifePlan culminates in a measurable plan that captures, maximizes and focuses the individual contributor’s potential and contribution in their personal, family, career and community domains. From a corporate standpoint, the LifePlan is an individual investment and benefit into your employees that not only gives them a great gift for their future but also leverages alignment and focuses engagement throughout your entire organization.
