We are more of a tribe than an organization, more of a team than individual members. We are gathering of folks who have been actively engaged in the world of guiding others towards purpose and greatness as individuals for years, but who have found it to be more fun and creative to leverage our giftedness as a collaborative team.
About the Trail Ridge Group
At the Trail Ridge Group, we strongly believe in the principle of gathering truth and perspective before planning. The value of discovering perspective as a first step is paramount to delivering a solid vision that is rooted in reality.
For those in our tribe, this basic concept is similar to our many adventures into our local backyard known as Rocky Mountain National Park. Driving on Trail Ridge Road to the top of the park, we are are awestruck at beginning the journey in the midst of forests of aspen trees and ponderosa pines, then entering into thicker woods of fir and spruce, before finally breaking through treeline that yields to an alpine tundra and offers spectacular views from the scenic vista. As the road winds and curves, ever forward and upward, it delivers deeper perspective and insight into the valleys below. It is from the vantage point of the highest elevation at over 12,000 feet that you realize the true beauty, purpose and greatness of the world around you and your strategic positioning in the midst.
Traveling along Trail Ridge is a perfect metaphor for what we do: we come alongside key individuals, teams and organizations who want to impact the world around them by discovering their purpose, activating their journey, and leveraging their vision.
MEET THE TEAM
Adiel is witty, engaging and possesses an uncanny, crazy ability to retain random facts and knowledge (such as who ruled Europe in 1861.... seriously!). He has decades of experience in the areas of higher education, organizational strategy, financial planning and talent development. He enjoys making bad puns and traveling the world in search of the "lost Romanian tribe" that is apparently out there. He also gravitates towards both a hot cup of tea and a nice red wine, just preferably not at the same time.

Brandy is a passionate and genuine thoroughbred. She excels in marketing and operational roles, but truly thrives in business development opportunities. Brandy loves spontaneous activities - like bringing home two baby goats because "It sounded like fun!" - as well as orchestrating musical instrument time with her two kids. Her uncanny and unique ability to power shift between gears in a racing hotrod in order to hear the tires grip the asphalt brings a smile to her face.

Jimmy is intentional, passionate and strategic. Over the years, he has been deeply involved in leadership development, business strategy and sales. Jimmy has been known to replenish by planning out, shopping for, and cooking dinners for family and friends. He also owns 39 different pairs of shoes - more than his wife and kids combined! - and coordinates his closet for fun. Jimmy strives to be the best at everything he does in order to add value and influence to those around him.

DeAnza is kind, thoughtful and a huge people relator. Her previous business experience has been in the fields of corporate customer relations, management and business development. DeAnza loves to accomplish home projects and connect with friends and family. She loves to explore the Denver restaurant scene - visiting most if not all unique coffee houses is a particular passion! Wise, authentic and warm are words that characterize Laura. In her former life, she was involved in business development, executive management and training. The only things that could possibly drag her away from being engaged with people or adventuring to a different part of the world would be the prospect of beating women half her age in volleyball, initiating nerf gun fights with her family, or continuing to lead groups through an intensive multi-year life-changing leadership course.

“The StratOp process helped to give our organization the ability to focus on what was important – we narrowed eight main components of our business to focus on the best opportunity for our future. The process gave me the confidence and courage to lead my team towards our vision and past the issues that were cluttering our momentum. The clarification that the StratOp provided was invaluable to our exponential growth over the past three years and daily reminds me to pursue a focused path.
